Lucky is originally a resident of Bulandshahr district of UP. He was born in Khurja, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. Lucky's father Rohtash Singh Chauhan does property dealing, while mother Suman Lata is a teacher. Lucky's father says that she was sharp in studies from the beginning. He has done 12th from Science stream. After which he did his graduation in English Literature and History. After graduation, Lucky got a government job. Lucky joined the post of Assistant Welfare Administrator in the Union Ministry. But his dream was to become an IPS officer. For which he prepared for UPSC along with the job.
According to
the information, Lucky got first place in a competition in nursery class. For which he was given the award by the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police (DM & SP). Lucky's father told him that you too have to become a big officer. She went ahead with this goal and to fulfill her dream, Lucky prepared for UPSC with a job. Lucky secured 246 rank in All India in 2012 UPSC exam. With this, he fulfilled his dream.
